At Ingoldmells Academy, we use the Kapow Design Technology resources to support our curriculum. The content encourages all our children, across all year groups, to be creative, use their imagination and bring to life their own ideas. We encourage our children to think like ‘designers’, with an emphasis on vocabulary, while developing an understanding and knowledge of the way in which design and technology impacts the world around them. Through carefully sequenced lessons, building upon prior learning, our children learn how to take risks, evaluate their actions and problem solve.
